Can’t tell if it’s love, or coding in the air.

I’m getting hints from all sorts of different places that there may be some rather large reviews coming Houston way some time soon.  I’d love to hear any info anyone has on that front.

Also, I think the hundred or so attorneys that were toiling away over at EQD the last couple of weeks have been slowly draining away from that project.

    The night shift on the project over at EQD was discontinued last week (about 15 reviewers let go). The next day they started releasing day shift people. That one is about to end in a couple of weeks.

    As for other projects Synergy/Huron may have a few coming up, and possibly a couple from Donovan Watkins, but haven’t heard of much else.

    Some people are still toiling away for at least a bit longer, but I was one of the escapees. All-in-all not a bad project…certainly better than the-project-of-the-client-that-shall-not-be-named, (i.e. the elephant in the courtroom project, everyone knows who it is, but we all pretend we don’t) If anyone knows what I’m talking about, gimme an amen. And if you too are an EQD escapee, send me a msg to let me know where you are now…

    I recently talked to a recruiter at D & W who said that they should be starting a new project sometime mid to late April.

    Apparently DonWat and Providus will be staffing two sides of the same project, but it’s hard to say if anything will actually turn up. It’s been stringing for over a month now.

    DonWat said late March on that project, then early April, and now they’re waffling and not saying anything at all. Typical.

    Some people on this project, especially the night shift, got bent over and raw dogged.

    Just came across your site, and thought some folks here might be interested in this position listed on Craig’s List for an eDiscovery Specialist/Consultant.

    @holly thanks for the link.

    @Mike can you tell what’s the scope of the project?
