More Good News
Just heard that Hudson wants 7 more people over in Austin for a rate that begins with the “3″ digit instead of the “2″ digit. That’s good news.
Found out about a small Special Counsel review I hadn’t heard about before. That’s good news.
Heard about a small-medium sized project that is expanding soon (Providus). That’s good news.
Other stuff in the works. If you hear anything, let me know and I’ll post it.

Hi,
I am a contract attorney in NYC and have followed this blog for a while now due to my interest in moving to Houston. You provide some valuable info.
I’ve been looking for some people who are familiar with the market in Houston to answer some questions, if you have the time and would be so willing.
In exchange, I’d be happy to share some info on the NY market or help out in another way if you would like.
My email address is nyc.counsel at gmail. I hope to hear from you.

I am completely agree with your all the points .It is important to have a written agreement or contract between the Associates and the Firm that spells out everyone’s duties and obligations as well as the conditions under which they may advance.
